Peridot is an informal and spacious restaurant overlooking the garden square serving breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea. 1880 offers more formal dining and the famous 'grazing' menu made up of six, seven or eight courses developed by the celebrated chef Andrew Turner.Rooms
All the large KING bedrooms in the hotel are beautifully furnished with silk panelled walls with each room featuring individual designs in varying colour schemes. However, luxury fretted linen and deep, hand-woven carpets are standard throughout. All the bathrooms are marble lined and feature walk-in showers and luxury toiletries. King rooms have either TWO DOUBLE BEDS OR ONE BIG, LUXURIOUS KING SIZE DOUBLE BED. This KING category of rooms is slightly larger than standard rooms.
