BIM/Irish Sea Fisheries Board is the State agency with responsibility for the fishing and aquaculture industry, and works closely with all sectors from fisherman to fish farmer, processor, retailer and chef.

The Seafood Circle initiative has been developed by BIM to recognise and award hospitality and retail establishments that consistently deliver the highest standards in seafood and service to their customers.

If you are looking for a delicious seafood chowder, a cosy pub lunch or a dozen oysters in a romantic restaurant, Seafood Circle hospitality members offer an array of mouth-watering fresh seafood, from pub food to fine dining, in locations across the country.

BIM Seafood Circle - Salmon Check out the listings on the Georgina Campbell website and guidebooks where you’ll find top quality, innovative, delicious seafood dishes in the establishments carrying the distinctive Seafood Circle logo.

And if you fancy yourself as seafood chef then watch out for the Seafood Circle specialist/supermarket seafood counter logos in fish shops around the country or check www.seafoodcircle.ie for a listing. Shops displaying the logo offer a range of top quality seafood and you’ll be assisted by knowledgeable, professional staff.
