Due to the success of their Aruna Sauces range, which demands their full time attention, Sarajit Chanda and Sarah Nic Lochlainn retired from the restaurant in October 2013. It has been taken over by chefs Liton Shet and Masud Masud, who have have worked in Fuchsia House for seven years.
