A Taste of Days Gone By

Patti Moss's background is in marketing and - with recipes inspired by her Irish grandmother's cookery book and products all named after friends and relatives - her experience is being put to good use in this relatively young company, which specialises in flavoursome handmade jams, marmalade, relishes, sauces, and salad dressings.

You'll find her products - Grandmother's Apple Jam, Dana’s Banana Butter, Patty Joy’s Very Berry Jam and Morgan’s Orange Marmalade among them - at local markets.

You can  also buy them online, and she very sensibly supplies online purchases in (re-usable) leakpoof clip-top containers instead of the traditional glass jars.
