This immaculate family-run hotel is beautifully situated in the heart of the Donegal Gaeltacht and provides a very comfortable base for exploring the area.


There has been a hotel here for many years - quotations from the Visitors' Book go back as a far as 1845 - but it has been re-built under the present ownership, re-opening in 1999.


Past and present are brought together neatly - not only in the hotel, which is furnished in a traditional style throughout - but in an impressive heritage centre and art gallery alongside, which is run by the hotel and also used for conferences and banqueting.



Conference/banqueting (300/300) business centre, video conferencing. B&B €70, ss, €10. Children welcome (under 4s free in parents' room, cot available, baby sitting arranged). Garden, walking. Rooms 60; lift; 24 hr room service. Closed 25-26 Dec.
