Birchwood House B&B

Situated in the lovely village of Castlebridge, Iris Sothern’s relaxing and welcoming B&B is ideally located for visiting Wexford (only 10 minutes away), the wild life sanctuary and Curracloe beach.


You’ll receeive a very warm welcome from Irish, with home baking offered on arrival at her comfortable and immaculately maintained house, and guests are invited to relax at the fireside on returning from dinner.


Bright and spacious rooms are well furnished with everything you could possibly need (tea/coffee, flat screen tv with multi channels, hairdryer, full length mirror, small desk, comfy armchair, radio/alarm…), an extremely comfortable bed and smart shower room.


But Iris’s hospitality is perhaps best summed up by the memorable breakfast she cooks for guests, with free range eggs, home made lemon pancakes and a hearty and well-made Full Irish among the treats that will set you up for the day’s shopping or sightseeing.
