Well known Euro-Toques chef Neil McFadden and his wife Hazel, who is a tutor at Kitchen in the Castle cookery school at Howth Castle, Co Dublin, run this innovative company which supplies fresh pre-prepared Christmas dinners. There are half a dozen menus to choose from, each with detailed cooking instructions and timetable.
All menus are based on the very best ingredients - Clare Island smoked salmon, bronze turkeys from Co Meath, goose from Co Carlow, meats (gammon and 24 day aged Aberdeen Angus beef) from a trusted craft butcher, Christmas pudding made with O'Hara's stout from Carlow, Wicklow Blue cheese and Ditty's oatcakes.
