The Maher family make an astonishing range of cow and goats milk cheeses including the trademark Cooleeney (camembert style), which has become a benchmark for the very best of Irish farmhouse cheeses - and their Tipperary brie is making waves, with a 3 star Gold at the Great Taste Awards (at which other cheeses frequently play starring roles).
Other products include the Dunbarra range (semi-soft, flavoured), Gortnamona (goat), Maighean (pungent, raw cows' milk); they also export other farmhouse cheeses in addition to their own range.
