Corthna Lodge Country House - West Cork

Martin and Andrea Mueller's roomy modern house just outside the town is one of the best located places to stay in the area.


Situated up the hill from Schull, it commands fine countryside and sea views, and there's plenty of space for guests to sit around and relax - both indoors, in a pleasant and comfortably furnished sitting room and outdoors, on a terrace overlooking the lovely garden towards the islands of Roaring Water Bay.


Although fairly compact, the bedrooms are comfortable with good amenities.


The house computer is available for guests' internet access; unusually, there's also a gym, a hot tub, a barbecue area - and a putting green.

Rooms 6 (all shower only & no smoking, 1 family); B&B €42.50-47.50 pps, ss €22.50, triple room €115-125. Unsuitable for children under 4. Free broadband wi/fi. Jacuzzi, sauna, garden.
