Tracey Jeffery is well known amongst food lovers in Northern Ireland for her authentic French macarons.
These exquisite little treats not only look seriously impressive but, thanks to the high quality of the ingredients used (which are organic where possible), they taste wonderful too.
Tracey, who trained in a French patisserie in the Dordogne, takes great pride in the fact that no flavourings are used in her macarons - which are naturally gluten free, and can also be dairy free on request.
Hand made in small batches in the classic French way, with finely ground almonds in the meringue, Eva Paris Macarons have won Great Taste Awards for their flavour and texture (which somehow manages to be both crisp and chewy), and are available in a range of flavours and colours.
Macarons make a lovely small gift but they are especilly well suited to special occasions. They can be made with bespoke designs or logos for corporate events and make ideal wedding favours, especially as they can be made to match the bridal theme - and they go very well with champagne!
