The Gallweys company has a long history in Waterford and the business is run by the O'Brien family - Ger and Yvonne O'Brien, their daughter Sarah Jane and her husband Bernard Deegan.
Their handmade chocolates are a justifiable source of pride, and they chocolates are now available online, as well as from their cafes in Waterford and Tramore, and selected outlets nationwide.
