A food lovers' destination at Fossa since the 1980s, Armin Weise's highly respected German Butcher Shop butchers supplies game in season, including local venison from the Killarney National Park, and meats of all kinds.


As well as excellent charcuterie and German meat cuts, more surprising specialities that will tempt visitors to the shop include beautiful continental patisserie.


Gluten free products are included in the range, and they will also process customers' own meat, to produce freezer-ready bacon, sausages, cold meats etc, both mild cured and smoked over natural wood chips. Wholesale supplies are available, also a mail order service.
