Gourmet Food Parlour

Part of the popular Dublin chain, the Gourmet Food Parlour offers good value and quality ingredients for a mostly lunch trade.

The restaurant has recently been extended and is spacious and bright, with simple furniture, and chalkboards listing appetising sandwiches and daily specials. Breakfast is served until midday, with interesting choices ranging from muesli to the traditional cooked breakfast, albeit with a twist.

Lunch, which can be eaten on the premises or for take away (a useful option for local businesses) offers wholesome choices between salads, gourmet sandwiches and more substantial dishes, with a daily special also available.

A selection of various antipasti is also offered, along a short but well chosen list of wines available by the glass.

An ample patio area offers plenty of outdoor seating for fine weather.

All round, a useful place to know about.

Seats 72; open Mon-Sat all day 8am-5.30pm (from 10am Sat); Sun 12-6pm & for Dinner Thu, Fri & Sat only (Tapas). MasterCard, Visa, Laser. abbreviations
