Accommodation is all of a high standard, with good amenities including air conditioning and a spacious desk area, although recently replaced beds are only standard size which is now unusual in a hotel of this class (and unnecessary as rooms are generally spacious); most of the bathrooms have also been recently renewed.

The hotel is well located for golf, with the City of Derry course just a couple of minutes away and six other courses, including Royal Portrush, within easy driving distance.
