These legendary butchers are suppliers of many exceptionally good things such as organic meats, poultry and eggs - also game and exotics, including Irish wild boar, Irish buffalo and Irish ostrich.


The many awards conferred on John and Mark Downey and their team include recognition from the Great Taste Awards and the Irish Food Writers' Guild Award - who both picked out their traditional spiced beef for special praise; although normally a Christmas speciality, it is now sold all year.
