Kalbos Café

Their simple food is wholesome and flavoursome - consistently delicious, their ingredients are well-sourced, accurately cooked, and appetisingly presented - and dishes have real flavour
Seats 27. Open Mon-Sat 9am-5pm. A la carte; house wine from €20, sc discretionary. Children welcome (high chair). Closed Sun; Bank Hols; 25-27 Dec, 1 Jan. Amex, Diners, MasterCard, Visa. abbreviations

After over a decade in business, Siobhan O’Callaghan and Anthony Boyle decided to close their main restaurant and move across the road to the premises formerly occupied by their shop in Skibbereen.

Here they continue to do a great job on a smaller scale. Their simple food is wholesome and flavoursome - consistently delicious, their ingredients are well-sourced, accurately cooked, and appetisingly presented - and dishes have real flavour.

Kalbo’s is always a great choice - and good value too.
