While they concentrate on offering customers the very best meats and poultry - including dry-aged Angus and Hereford cross grass fed beef from Galway farms; local spring lamb; low-salt home cured bacon; Betram Salter's renowned Carlow Free Range Chickens - these Good Food Ireland members also have a fresh fish counter, which was added in 2010 and has proved a huge success.
