Mary Munnelly’s homely little restaurant is the perfect place to stop for some tasty home cooking.
Baking is the speciality but she does “real meals” as well - a full Irish breakfast, which is just the thing for walkers, home-made soups like mushroom or smoked bacon & potato, and free range chicken dishes.
And, if you strike a chilly day, it’s very pleasant to get tucked in beside a real fire too.
There’s also a garden with sea views for fine weather - and home-made chutneys and jams on sale to take home.
Seats 30 (also outdoor seating for 12). Open 10am-6pm daily in summer (may open later - to 8-ish - in high season; shorter hours off season); toilets wheelchair accessible; children welcome. Closed Sun off-season (Oct-Easter), & first 3 weeks Jan. No Credit Cards.
