Puff pastry filled with baked and crushed yellow moong dal,salt roasted black pepper and rajasthani garam masala. Laced with yoghurt, tamarind and green chutney   

MALABAR CHICKEN
Chicken supreme marinated with fresh coconut milk, ginger, green chilli, roasted cumin and char-grilled   

PORK KE SOOLEY
Picatta of pork, in a spicy marination of red chillies , mustard and garlic grilled

LAL MAAS
It takes about 8 hours to slow cook(on the bone) this traditional lamb dish, to extract subtle flavours of all spices, served boneless

Indian ocean prawns with black tamarind, fenugreek seeds, Andhra red chilli & turmeric
