Jhinga Kurkure
A West Coast speciality. Crispy fried garlic and chilli prawns. Served in a poppadom basket.

Murg Aur Kaju Ka Salad
A pineapple and cashew nut salad with coriander marinated chicken, served over baby gems with a mint yoghurt dressing.

Malabar Varthu Erachi
A dry beef stir fry with crushed black peppercorns and curry leaves served on a baby naan bread.

Elaichi Gosht Kebab
Skewers of cardamom flavoured leg of spring lamb served over a chickpea and pepper salad with coriander and roasted cumin.

Samosa Chat
Potato and pea samosas topped with chick peas, yoghurt and tamarind sauce.


Calangute Salmoni
A Goan speciality. Salmon simmered in a coconut curry, tempered with mustard seeds, curry leaves and Goan spices.

Murg Shahajahani
Juicy pieces of chicken simmered on slow fire with onions, saffron and nuts. Finished with cream and flavoured with kewra water. Favourite of Emperor Shahjahan, builder of Taj Mahal.

Chicken Chilli Masala
A fiery chicken and green chilli dish cooked with tomatoes, onions and garam masala.

Gosht Ka Salan
Lamb cooked in yoghurt with mustard, fenugreek seeds, onion seeds, cumin and black cumin.

Beef Kalimiri
Tender pieces of prime beef cooked with onion, ginger, garlic and tomatoes. Flavoured with crushed black peppercorns and coriander and sweet baby onions.

Vegetable Jalfrezi
Fresh seasonal vegetables, mixed peppers and onions cooked in a sour and spicy sauce.

Aloo Matar
Potato and pea curry – simple and delicious.

All the above Indian main course dishes are served with pulao rice and naan bread.

Fish and Chips
Chunky cod marinated in Indian spices served over spicy pea puree with freshly cut chips tossed in our secret seasoning, and coriander and cumin dipping sauce.

Pan Seared Airline Breast of Chicken
rubbed with mild dry Indian spices served over a three bean curry.

Bangers and Mash
Pork sausages flavoured with Indian spices
over whipped champ with a spiced onion gravy.
