Slow cooked ragout of duck confit & root vegetables, pickle & parsley hash, grain mustard hollandaise


Main courses

Crumbed lemon sole fillets, Kasia’s polish cabbage salad, house fries & garlic mayonnaise

Honey roasted breast of chicken, smoked cheddar & thyme mash, creamy Sicilian caponata vegetables

Sweet mustard crusted pork belly, celeriac remoulade, roast parsnips & sage jus
