O'Loclainn

Aka “O'Loclainn's Irish Whiskey Bar”, Peter and Margaret O’Loughlen’s little harbourside bar is the quintessential traditional Irish pub - and one that fans can be sometimes be reluctant to want to share...

Except for a couple of hours over the middle of the day on Sunday it’s very much an evening place and, in addition to the charm of its dimly characterful interior and friendly owners, the O’Loughlens’ vast whiskey collection is a particular claim to fame.

Just the place to drop into for a sampling session after dinner - and sometimes there is traditional Irish music too.

Open Mon-Sun 8pm-12.30am, also Sun 12-3. abbreviations
