Pembroke Townhouse

This handsome Georgian townhouse is conveniently located close to the RDS and the Lansdowne Road stadium and would make a lovely, civilised base for a visit to Dublin, whether on business or leisure.


A homemade chocolate cake on the reception desk invites guests to taste a slice at check-in – and then you ‘make yourself at home and raid the larder in the middle of the night for home baked cookies’ (no calorie counting please).


It’s all pretty luxurious and you’ll find the amenities usually expected of an hotel, including an elegant  drawing room and study for residents' use, private parking (a big bonus around here), wi-fi in all areas - and the hands-on care of manager Fiona Teehan.


The individually designed, well maintained rooms all have a safe and other facilities necessary for business guests; no tea / coffee making facilities, but available on request.


Breakfast with a sense of occasion offers a full buffet with dishes like French toast and omelettes as well as the full Irish....


It's good value too, with packages frequently offered.


When arriving by car, it is best to go the carpark at the back, as you can then take a lift with your luggage (avoiding heavy traffic and steep steps to the front door).
