This is the main outlet for the extraordinary range of rare breed pigs and cattle raised by Janis and Alan Bailey on their farm at Killyleagh, and the only Irish butchers selling only rare breed meat and poultry.
Products offered include their highly-acclaimed sausages - a wide range, some of them named by breed rather than flavouring, eg the Tamworth butchers sausage. Also available from farmers' markets, and from Pheasants Hill Farm (see Downpatrick).
