The classes offered cover all of the most popular themes from important basics like soups, breads, sauces and stocks to specific cuisines - Italian, Thai, Modern Irish - and ideas for quick dinners.
The range of classes is designed to suit all levels of interest and experience, ranging from one-off evening classes to night courses of four to eight classes, or daytime weekend courses. Bookings for groups of up to twelve students can be tailored to provide bespoke courses in consultation with Phelim.
