Maisie Meehan's spick and span B&B is easily recognisable by the garden which is a colourful mass of flowers - all home raised in their own greenhouse, from seed, each year. The house is very homely and immaculately maintained, with a comfortable guests' sitting room and an attractive breakfast room overlooking the back garden. Neat, individually decorated bedrooms, have tea and coffee-making facilities, television and well-finished shower rooms.

No smoking. Children welcome (under 2s free in parents' room, cot available free of charge); pets permitted by arrangement. Rooms 9 (all en-suite, 2 family). B&B €35 pps; ss €10. Closed 24-26 Dec. No credit cards.
