Seymour Organic Farm

Organic since 1999, the animals on Michael Seymour's farm near Borrisokane are allowed to mature naturally on old pastures, producing wonderfully flavoursome meat - Texel cross lamb and Aberdeen Angus beef - all year round.


They are members of the Tipperary Food Producers Network and their excellent produce is available from the farm, or may be ordered by phone or email (delivery can be arranged).


As well as offering a full range of cuts of fresh meat in any quantity large or small, the Seymours can also supply freezer boxes of lamb or beef, or a combination. Details of the boxed offered are given on their website, and you can also order bespoke boxes made up to suit your specific requirements.
