Seymour's Fine Foods

Best known for their delicious handmade shortbread, made in Bandon town and using the rich golden butter that the area is famous for, sourced from Bandon Co-Op.


Purists will like the plain shortbread best, but the cranberry & almond variety is exceptionally more-ish too. Made to the same high standard are Hazelnut & Chocolate Biscuits and a newer range of ‘bites (raspberry and white chocolate; shortbread).


Together with Pat and Ann O’Farrell of Carrigaline Cheese, they produce a savoury range and they also make some seasonal specialities, such as shamrock shortbread for St Patrick’s Day.


Seymours biscuits are widely stocked by good food stores in Ireland (and France), and also available online for purchase worldwide.
