This well known health food store sells organic wholefoods, as well as a wide range of health supplements and health and beauty products. They operate a weekly home delivery organic fruit and vegetable box scheme, and trade at Farmers' Markets, including The Market Yard at Carrick-on-Shannon (Thursdays).


Once a year, in late June, they hold an Open Day, when professional therapists and counsellors are on hand with free advice.
