Set in a lovely building, this bright café on the ground floor offers a pleasing place to take a break.
Interesting old prints of Waterford life adorn the walls and there’s a spacious seating area with couches, reading material and tables and also an outdoor eating area.
A self service operation, you read the menu over food display and order from that or have sandwiches and wraps made up freshly by staff.
The food is simple - breakfast, sandwiches, quiches, pies, soups and desserts. You might try Quiche Lorraine, perhaps, or chicken pie with salad for lunch, but chef Peter Fowler’s food has home made flavour
There’s a gift shop and a deli selling artisan foods, so allow time to browse.
Mon-Sat 8am-5pm
