Tullamore Court Hotel

An attractive building, set back from the road a little and softened by trees, this large modern hotel in Tullamore is welcoming, with an extensive foyer, and bright and cheerful public areas.

It serves the local community very well, with an excellent leisure centre and fine banqueting facilities - and has become popular for short breaks, providing a comfortable and hospitable base within easy walking distance of the whole town.

Bedrooms are pleasantly decorated in an easy modern style, using warm colours and unfussy fabrics - and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. It makes an ideal base for visiting the area and, as the food is generally above the standard expected in hotels, this can be a refreshing place to break a journey.

However, the hotel’s greatest strength has always been its business and conference facilities and, following recent investment, state-of-the-art facilities include nine conference rooms, a business centre, 33 new executive bedrooms (including four suites) and a business centre.

Conferences/Banqueting (750/550), business centre, free broadband wi/fi. Rooms 104 (1 suite, 4 junior suites, 8 family rooms, 89 no smoking, 6 for disabled); B&B €65 pps, ss €20. Children welcome (under 4s free in parents room, cot available without charge, baby sitting arranged, creche, kids club). Lift. Free Broadband, leisure centre (swimming pool, sauna, steam room, fitness room), garden. Closed 24-26 Dec. Amex, MasterCard, Visa, Laser. abbreviations
