Val's Bar & Bistro

David Norris, formerly of Tralee's premier restaurant the celebrated Restaurant David Norris, is now chef at the restaurant above Val's Bistro (recently re-opened following some months of closure).

Although the offering is simpler and in tune with the times, David brings a reputation for excellence and doing everything from scratch ('if we do chips, they are the best chips - all homemade'). He has a loyal following and discerning Tralee diners have not been slow to seek him out at Val's, so reservations are recommended, especially at weekends.
