Attractive red awnings, clear signage and outside seating make a good impression at this popular restaurant serving Mediterranean style cuisine.

Past a tiny reception/bar area – with seats for just two – you’ll find a warmly decorated room with bistro style settings.

Featuring plenty of pasta dishes (gluten free available) as well as steaks, lamb, veal, chicken and prawns, the menu is augmented with many daily fish specials listed on chalkboards: brill with chorizo and lime butter, plump mussels in an aromatic garlic and white wine broth, plaice with a herb dressing or perhaps hake with olives, tomatoes and capers – all fish fresh from Dunmore East.

Moderately priced wine list including half bottles.

Generous portions, homemade bread and desserts together with good cooking, efficient friendly service and good value keep people coming back.
