Cahir Heritage Food Festival

This festival features a farmer’s market, a slow food banquet at Cahir Castle, a public lecture “The Social Archaeology of Meat Consumption in Early Medieval Ireland”, a culinary antiques Roadshow, a ‘classic car’ picnic at the Swiss Cottage as well as story telling and a concert at Cahir Castle with wine and cheeses being served.
