BIM Seafood Circle Help
The Seafood Circle Programme is run by BIM (Bord Iascaigh Mhara - The Irish Sea Fisheries
Board) and was originally for pubs. It encouraged them to serve seafood dishes,
particularly at lunch time where many people prefer to eat lighter, healthier
dishes and entry to the scheme included strict entry criteria. The programme
has now been expanded to include other eateries and Georgina Campbell Guides
have assisted BIM in making a selection of around 60 hotels, restaurants, inns,
pubs, bars and cafés across Ireland. Selections
have been made due to the strength and variety of fish on their menus and those
establishments that have been included in the programme are identified on our
website and in our guide books by the use of the distinctive BIM Seafood Circle logo.
