AOC Bordeaux Blanc, Château Couronneau, 2006 (60% sauvignon, 40% Semillon)
On the nose there is the smell of fresh green apples. The grapes are fermented at the low temperature to create a typical, juicy Bordeaux Blanc. This is an excellent choice with fish.
