Crispy wrapped crab claws with a lemongrass rub & mango salad

Seared Castletownbere prawns with coconut rice, ginger & lemongrass emulsion

Crisp vegetable & duck confit spring roll with a spicy dipping sauce

Mixed leaf salad with feta, olives, semi sundried tomatoes, red onion & croutons (V)


MAIN COURSES

Fried polenta with grilled flat mushrooms, oven roast tomatoes, walnut & parsley pesto (V)

Linguine with black olive tapenade, spinach, fennel & anchovy crumb crust

Cannelloni of smoked haddock with spinach and a creamy saffron sauce

Crispy salmon with warm salad of potato, shallots capers, green beans, bacon & parsley, salsa verde

Duck confit potato cakes with spinach, caramelised onion, green peppercorn jus
