Roast pepper, tomato & fennel soup with olive oil (V)

Steamed Kinsale asparagus with lemon butter, parma ham & organic leaves

Seared scallops with crispy pancetta salad, potato & chive dressing

Duck wontons with crisp raw vegetable salad & szechuan dressing

Seared Castletownbere prawns with coconut rice, ginger & lemongrass emulsion

Organic salad with strawberries, peaches & fennel, spicy balsamic dressing (V)

Crab salad with ginger & lime mayonnaise, mango & basil dressing


MAIN COURSES

Linguine with black olive tapenade, spinach, fennel & anchovy crumb crust

Fried polenta with grilled flat mushrooms, walnut & parsley pesto (V)

Lightly spiced John Dory with basmati rice, wilted greens, cucumber salsa and minted yoghurt

Roast cod with potato galette, spinach, roast artichokes, shallot puree & thyme jus

Pan-fried Brill with panzanella salad
(Mediterranean sourdough bread salad with tomato, basil, olives, cucumber, roast peppers and basil pesto)

Sirloin steak with sauté potatoes grilled flat mushrooms, herb and garlic butter spinach and caramelised onions, red wine jus

Breast of free range duck with roast butternut squash buttered leeks, basil-pea puree, ginger jus

Breast of free range chicken stuffed with goats cheese, crushed olive potatoes, spinach, roast fennel & red pepper tepenade
