Pan fried organic salmon
with buttery sea spaghetti, garden potatoes, hollandaise sauce

Coopershill Estate venison (served pink)
with celeriac and pear puree, celeriac crisps,
red cabbage, thyme jus

Pan fried fillet of wild Atlantic halibut
with cannellini beans, chorizo, tomato and tarragon velouté
