Beef and Irish Menus

In Japan it is common place to see menus featuring beef from around the world.

Beef dishes are categorised on restaurant menus by the country that the beef was sourced from and priced accordingly, allowing the consumer to decide exactly what they want at any given time and within their own budgetary constraints.

Would you like to see a similar system in place here? Or do you just want to see Irish beef on menus? Or do you want to leave it as it is?
