In August the Northern Ireland Year of Food & Drink celebrates our fabulous local meat industry. We are lucky enough to have one of the best butchers on our doorstep: Hannan Meats, Moira. Peter Hannan has developed Europe’s first Himalayan salt chambers in which he dry-ages grass-fed beef such as Glenarm Shorthorn from County Antrim.
