The Galway Sessions

 Monday 16th - Sunday 22nd June 2008

he music sessions take place in multiple venues in Galway City, including the Crane Bar, R?is?n Dubh, Monroes Tavern, The Quays, Tigh Neacht?in, Tigh C?il?, Taffees, Richardson's, M T Pockets and the Radisson SAS Hotel.

Among the many highlights include such world renowned artists as Mairtin O’Connor and Arty McGlynn, Ronnie Drew and Eleanor Shanley, Peter Horan and Gerry Harrington, Frankie Gavin, John Spillane, Noel Hill, Brian McGrath, Andy Irvine, Dessie O'Halloran, The Four Courts C?ili Band, N?bac, At the Racket, Edel Fox and Ronan O'Flaherty – a feast of talent !

The Galway Sessions is sponsored by Guinness and grant aided by Ireland West Tourism and Galway City Council. Other sponsors include the participating venues. Full details of programme will be on the official website soon.
