Waterways Ireland Visitor Centre

Learn about the history and use of Ireland's waterways for exploration, transport, and recreation. Explore the story of Dublin's two canals and the race to the Shannon, and hear the legends of monsters living in the locks. The visit also explores the flora and fauna on the rivers and canals and how Waterways Ireland looks after the natural environment within its care.

Opening Time:

Year round, Wednesday to Sunday 10am-6pm.

Admission Charge:

Adults €4; Child €2 (Child u 5 Free); Family (2 adults & 2 children) €10
