The Ice House

The Ice House comprises of 32 ultra luxury bedrooms & suites, Chill Spa with it’s Waterside Garden, Pier Restaurant & Cocktail Bar, a Cine Boardroom and the Parlour Lounge and it is all available on an exclusive minimum one day use basis.

A light filled space right on the water's edge, facing west into the evening sun, The Ice House is a unique venue for your Wedding day and the perfect setting to create memories to last forever.

The Setting

The Ice House is an award winning design hotel, where old architecture combines stylishly with new, built into the banks of the River Moy.
Luxury, charming hospitality and truly delicious food from the best local producers and fishermen are just some of the delights you and your guests will enjoy at The Ice House.

The Reception

A beautiful blend of old and new, the Parlour Room and Glass Box provide an inviting space for your drinks reception.
Bright and airy, Pier Restaurant and Conservatory has stunning views over the Moy Estuary. With space for up to 100 guests on oval tables of fourteen, tables can be dressed to suit your colour theme.
A Menu tasting will be arranged four to six weeks before your Wedding, the perfect opportunity to taste the food as it will be on your wedding day, and sample wines which would best suit your Menu choices.
On the day, they provide personalised printed menus on each table, table names and a displayed table plan.
They can create a Wedding cake unique to your celebration, or facilitate you if you provide your own. Their florist will provide seasonal fresh flowers to compliment your colour palette.

The Accommodation

This wedding venues got 32 individually designed bedrooms and suites all with spectacular river views. All bathrooms feature L'Occitane toiletries.

A Beautiful You

Hair Styling and Beauty Treatments are available on site in their Chill Spa. Alternatively, your own hair stylist and make up artist may avail of our facilities.

Little Extras

Enjoy an intimate diner with close Family and Friends on the eve of your Wedding Day.

The Day After

Make the celebrations last an extra day with a leisurely by a hearty riverside barbeque on the terrace or move indoors off season with a Winter buffet.

Directions

From Dublin?. Take the N4 Signposted West heading for Sligo. Follow on to the M4. Follow the road until you come to the turn off for the N59 signposted for Ballina. Follow the N59 for approximately 50 km until you reach Ballina. On entering Ballina you will come across a set of traffic lights at the bridge. Take a right at these lights and follow the road along the river. We are in the left hand side up this road Quay Village.
