To Start:

Glenbegh Mussels Mariniere

Prawns marinated in basil and olive oil, served with seasonal greens and a balsamic dressing

Seared Scallops, flambéed in cognac; served with dressed seasonal greens

Smoked and Gravadlax Salmon; served with pickled ginger and chilies

Warm salad of Haddock and Smoked Tuna; served with Roasted Fennel

Char grilled Tuna Salad with Basil Pesto

Steamed Crab Claws in Garlic Butter

Followed By:

Pollock in a Potato Crust; served with cream and chives

Grilled Fillet of Cod with Rosemary and Thyme in a Citrus sauce

Grilled Fillet of John Dory in a Pink Peppercorn and Lemon sauce

Char grilled Kebab of Monkfish served on a Green Mango Puree with Coriander Butter

Oven-Baked Orange Roughy in a Sun dried Tomato and Cumin sauce

Tails of Langoustine Sautéed with Green Curry, Coconut, Ginger and Lemongrass

Trio of Fresh Crab (Cracked Claws with Coriander and Lemon Butter, Maryland Style Crab Cakes and Crab Salad)

Lobster or Crayfish from our tank, cooked to order either "en casserole" with Cognac and Cream or Char grilled with Thyme and Olive Oil and served with Garlic Butter

To Finish:

Traditional Crème Caramel with Roasted Almonds

Apple and Rum Tart served with Whipped Cream

Mango Cheesecake
