Are Restaurant Menus Predictably Boring?

In her column this month Darina Allen laments that many menus nowadays are utterly predictable containing chicken, farmed salmon, steak and maybe lamb.

Sometimes there is duck but it's rare enough to be offered any wild food or game.

Do you agree that restaurant menus have become predictably boring and would you like to see more creative use of Irish products on menus across the board?

Yes they are predictable & boring, more creativity please!
