Inis Meáin Restaurant & Suites - Spring Special

Inis Meáin Restaurant & Suites is a most special and unique establishment that won our Newcomer of the Year 2008 Award. 

Inis Meáin continue to develop their unique guest experience by adding extra touches that are included in all rates. This season, Steiner Binoculars have been added to each suite as well as daily backpacks with freshly made soup and soda bread to add further comfort to guest’s island explorations.

A Spring Special is now available for bookings made before the 16th of March.

Spring Special

For bookings made from now until the 16th of March 2012 only, Inis Meáin Restaurant & Suites are offering a complimentary three course dinner for two guests with full choice from their à la carte menu with any two night Midweek or Weekend stay in March or April. The new season starts on Wednesday 28th of March.

Inis “Iron” Meáin
A 10k run to support the local secondary school takes place on Sunday 18th of March. The restaurant is opening for one evening to support the event, the suites are not available, however alternative accommodation can be recommended.

Féile na mBád
The annual Galway Hooker Regatta takes place in Inis Meáin on the 22nd of June. The Regatta is held on our neighboring island of Inis Oirr on the 15th of June which is another opportunity to view these beautiful boats from Inis Meáin as they sail across Galway Bay.

Volvo Ocean Race
The Volvo Ocean Race finishes in Galway City from the 30th of June to the 8th of July. The boats will pass by the Aran Islands on their way in and out of Galway City, so there should be a chance to see these impressive yachts on Saturday 30th of June as they race to the finish line.
