Named after an 11th century Norse King of Dublin who had close links with Howth, Aidan and Joan MacManus' striking harbourside establishment is one of Dublin's longest established fine dining restaurants (celebrating 40 years in business in 2011).
If you’re a fan of the iconic New Zealand wine Cloudy Bay, head for the King Sitric Restaurant in Howth, Co Dublin on November 4th 2011 for a wine dinner which is being held to celebrate the release of the 2011 Sauvignon Blanc.
Chef Aidan Mac Manus will serve a 4 course menu featuring fish and game to accompany the wines served on the night. The evening will start with the Pelorus non-vintage bubbly, and follow with Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Late Harvest Riesling specially brought in for the occasion.
Reception at 7.30pm.
