The Slattery family’s lovely Carrig House on the shores of Caragh Lake has reopened for the season (on a limited occupancy basis, as per guidelines) and their well named Lakeside Restaurant, with head chef Patricia Teahan leading an excellent team, is also reopening for both resident guests and non-residents.
