A classic among events, the Waterford International Festival of Light Opera is long established, popular and polished.

It gathers some of the leading Music Societies from throughout these islands to the attractive and newly expanded Theatre Royal in the very elegant Mall of Waterford City. Intimate yet spacious, traditional yet up to date, the theatre itself is important in the overall appeal of this delightful competitive festival.

The City is the perfect setting for this autumnal gathering of performers and devotees of this popular art form.
